Johnathan went to my mums rescue, she described him as her knight in shining armour.
He fixed her front door lock he was on time, super helpful and an excellent communicator, letting my mum know he would be with her shortly.

After loosing my keys to my house and workplace, I needed the locks on all the doors replacing, Smart Locksmiths came out the same day and completed the work and gained entry. Called master key locksmiths to change front and rear door locks. John arrived at the time stated and he was professional from start to finish. He did a brill job thank you John.

Utter rip off,lock failed after 3 months and he avoids all calls and refuses to come back and fix it, I was charged over £500. He said its under warranty but won't do a single thing about it!
