Utter rip off, lock failed after 3 months and he avoids all calls and refuses to come back and fix it, I was charged over £500. He said its under warranty but won't do a single thing about it!

actually turned up earlier than expected which was a good start.. the work was top notch too and he even cleaned up after himself with a pan and brush he got out of his van which I wasn't expecting.... 5 Stars

Johnathan went to my mums rescue, she described him as her knight in shining armour.
He fixed her front door lock he was on time, super helpful and an excellent communicator, letting my mum know he would be with her shortly.
Really can’t thank him enough

We locked ourselves out of our commercial premises and called out Smart Locksmiths, they arrived very quickly and swiftly had us back in the building. If you are looking for a good and reliable locksmith then Smart Locksmiths are the right people to call.

Would recommend, helped me out of a tricky situation with my van, very helpful, local too

What an absolute gentleman. He helped me with getting my trapped mother from out of a very bad situation. Thank you very much for what you did for us.

What a brilliant Locksmith! Out of about 3 I've tried, Allan Bailey is your guy!
He arrived on time, great attitude to help.
He listened to us as we explained the situation and got right to work. Didn't overcharge us and went out of his way to help.
He had even taken the time to show us how our awkward designed locks worked. As we've only been in the new property for 9 days.
Thanks you again! 👍🏻

Great person to deal with, does his work fast and professionally and actively looks for ways to help customers rather than taking the most difficult option for the most money. Can’t think this guy enough for the job he’s done for me today. If you are reading this looking for these services, then look no further as you won’t find better than this! Thanks again pal!

Very fast, very friendly, very good job and very good price. I highly recommend this service.

Contacted Liam on a Friday evening at 6pm. He was at the property within the hour and the house was secure by 7:15pm. Highly recommended, many thanks!"
