Excellent a quick key replacement service that I couldn't fault, this guy really known his stuff and was very polite too, a trait that's often missing from modern society

I called several companies from around Liverpool when i lost my house keys, they came out and gave me a really competitive quote and completed the work in no time at all. They were very helpful and polite I will defiantly be using them in future if needed again.

This is the second time I have used Smart Locksmiths and on both occasions it has been a pleasure having them around to carryout work, the communication was always good and I would recommend them every time.

I rang Duncan at Easy Keys after getting locked out on my house, I wanted someone local to Holmes Chapel as i needed to gain access ASAP... I explained this over the phone and Duncan arrived within 30 mins. A real lifesaver, Highly recommended.

[CO] help me back in to my home and the whole service was second to none, they even gave me some sound advice on making my home more secure and showed me various options available.
I wouldn't hesitate in calling them out again.

Utter rip off,lock failed after 3 months and he avoids all calls and refuses to come back and fix it, I was charged over £500. He said its under warranty but won't do a single thing about it!

Malcolm was truly great - efficient, fairly priced, and reliable. He did a great lock change for me and was very respectful of Covid restrictions. Would definitely use again
