actually turned up earlier than expected which was a good start.. the work was top notch too and he even cleaned up after himself with a pan and brush he got out of his van which I wasn't expecting.... 5 Stars

After loosing my keys to my house and workplace, I needed the locks on all the doors replacing, Smart Locksmiths came out the same day and completed the work and gained entry. They completed the job within the hour stated, and was more than happy to help and nothing was to much trouble for him, very satisfied customer.

Utter rip off,lock failed after 3 months and he avoids all calls and refuses to come back and fix it, I was charged over £500. He said its under warranty but won't do a single thing about it!

After snapping my front door key in half inside the lock I called Smart Locksmiths who came out in no time at all, they were very professional and resolved the problem promptly, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.
