Utter rip off,lock failed after 3 months and he avoids all calls and refuses to come back and fix it, I was charged over £500. He said its under warranty but won't do a single thing about it!

Great person to deal with, does his work fast and professionally and actively looks for ways to help customers rather than taking the most difficult option for the most money. Can’t think this guy enough for the job he’s done for me today. If you are reading this looking for these services, then look no further as you won’t find better than this! Thanks again pal!

I have used many locksmiths In the past but i can honestly say that Malcolm is the best I've ever encountered.....brilliant knowledge on how to fix my mag lock where others had failed, professional, friendly and quick....and not too expensive! Exceptional value for money.... I will only use him from now on... excellent service.

We called out Smart Locksmiths this morning and one of their team showed us needed doing to fix the lock on the rear of our property. The price given was great and so was the job provided, I will be giving everyone their details if needed.

Jonathan arrived within 30 mins of calling. A further 5 mins and I was back in the car then another 20 mins to cut and code me a new spare key.
Fast, friendly service and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
