Utter rip off,lock failed after 3 months and he avoids all calls and refuses to come back and fix it, I was charged over £500. He said its under warranty but won't do a single thing about it!

Responded really quickly and sorted door lock in minutes. Good fair price too. Highly recommend local locksmith.
